Faster printing
Epson’s SureColor® F2100 direct-to-garment printer offers four-color ink technology, plus white ink, to deliver improved image quality, speed and efficiency. New Highlight White mode achieves bright white ink output by applying a second coat of white ink, simultaneously printing color ink for improved print speeds. An integrated inline self-cleaning system reduces maintenance time, and a garment grip pad allows users to quickly load and unload garments on the printer platen to help reduce load times. The printer can print directly onto garments ranging from 100 percent cotton to 50/50 fabric blends.

Fisher Textiles introduces new fabric medias optimized for latex and UV printing. Available up to 16 feet wide,
new styles include GF 7100 Bannyl Lite®, GF 7200 Bannyl®, and GF 7300 DS Bannyl, named for the cross between a fabric banner and a vinyl. The fabrics have the durability of vinyl, but are PVC-free, more environmentally friendly than vinyl. Appropriate for banners and backlit SEG applications in retail and trade show markets, all fabrics are crease-resistant and are easy to handle and install. Aurora’s Expressions Semi-Gloss Décor Canvas is a lightweight, 100 percent polyester, high-output canvas that utilizes a proprietary enhanced acrylic coating for excellent ink coverage. Canned coating
Pelseal Technologies’ PLV2020 is a Viton™-based chemically-resistant coating in an easy-to-use aerosol spray that offers ease and speed over typical liquid coatings. The protective spray is a black, one-part
coating that enables quick application of a thin, chemically resistant, rubbery coating of Viton fluoroelastomer. It provides resistance to corrosive liquids and can be used for many industrial applications, including flexible adhesive for splicing fluoroelastomer O-rings and cord stock, and as a topcoat for elastomers to improve their chemical resistance, including polyurethane, nitrile and neoprene.
