Spoolex Group acquires RSPI

Spoolex Group, a Roche la Moliere, France-based producer of slitting, rewinding/spooling and ultrasonic splicing technologies, has acquired RSPI, a French specialist in tailored handling and packaging solutions. The partnership will help customers increase productivity and safety while providing innovative solutions for slitter-rewinders, spooling lines, ultrasonic cutting and welding, and technical low-inertia rollers. The acquisition strengthens Spoolex Group’s market position and capabilities in response to the company’s global commitment.
