DragonTuf™ is BondCote’s line of PVC laminated polyester. Suited for gym floor covers, mats, curtains, pool covers and various other recreational and athletic application. Stocked in a selection of colors and weights of 10-, 13- and 18-ounce flame-retardant, 61 inches wide on 100-yard rolls. Pool cover is 13 ounces and 73 inches wide.
Tufmesh Plus™ is introduced as a new product in the mesh line at BondCote. Tufmesh Plus is a PVC coated, flame retardant, woven polyester mesh designed for recreational/athletic, marine, screen and shade structure applications. Constructed of 17-by-11, 1000 denier, 60 inches wide and has a 65-percent shade factor. Widths of up to 120 inches available.
BondCote’s new line of 18-ounce. PVC-coated polyester fabric is compliant to the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act of 2008. The law restricts the use of lead and certain phthalate plasticizers in products used in the manufacturing of children’s toys and play products. BondCote’s new product line meets all of the requirements of the CPSIA regulations.
MarineOne MV is a new line of fabrics for the marine industry and is offered in weights of 8-, 13- and 19-ounce. These fabrics are vinyl products for marine applications such as protective covers, tops and enclosures. The MarineOne MV line has strength, dimensional stability, and high UV and mildew resistance. Stocked in 60 inches wide on 50-yard rolls.
WeatherTuf™ is a flame retardant HDPE, high density polyethylene shade cloth suited for tension shade structures, shade sails, car parks, gazebos, and umbrellas. WeatherTuf has a 95-percent shade factor and provides protection from sun and hail damage. It is UV resistant and118 inches wide on 55-yard rolls.
