Moss announces personnel moves

Moss Inc. announced the appointment of Vince Marler executive vice president, operations. Marler served as Moss’ executive vice president and chief financial officer for two years and was instrumental in the acquisition and integration of the former Nichols Company based in Salt Lake City. Prior to joining Moss, Marler was corporate senior vice president-central operations for Exhibitgroup/Giltspur.

Mark Ollinger was appointed to executive VP and CFO. For the last eight years, Ollinger was CFO of K&K Screw Products LLC in Carol Stream, Ill.

Moss is a provider of tensioned fabric structures, display hardware and printed graphics to the event, exhibit and retail interiors markets.
