Glen Raven Custom Fabrics’ new thermal digital print film is an enhancement for its Sunbrella Graphics System (SGS). SGS Thermal Digital Print film is a flexible urethane film that can be digitally printed on most solvent, eco-solvent and UV printers and then applied to Sunbrella and other Glen Raven fabrics. It is designed for use with the SGS machine to produce high-quality, durable graphics for banners, covers, exhibits, tents, sales promotions and other textile applications where flexibility of the fabric and film is needed. The thermal activated adhesive, which can also be used unprinted for white lettering or graphics, can reduce the application time by 75 percent compared to pressure-sensitive films.
