Enviro-Tex fabrics are made with Repreve® yarn, which meets FTC guidelines for recycled products. Enviro-Tex is suitable for use in banners and flags, digital printing, tents and tensile structures.
Three new fabrics have been added to the Solvent Inkjet fabric line: SI 2425 Satin, SI 210 Nylon Taffeta and SI 200 Poly Taffeta. Fabrics in this line are coated to produce excellent print quality, and feature a wide variety of styles for both indoor and outdoor use. Edges are ultrasonically cut to eliminate fraying and head strikes.
Direct Disperse fabrics for direct dye sublimation printing have a special coating that allows for direct printing onto the fabric, and does not require heat transfer paper. The coating chemically reacts with the printer’s ink droplets to keep them in place, allowing for better ink penetration and excellent print quality. No post-treatment is necessary. The fabrics are available in wide-format and grand-format widths and can be coated with a flame retardant to pass the NFPA 701 small scale test.
GF 8873 and 8864 are new wrinkle-resistant, three-layer grand format fabrics for sublimation and UV printing. Tightly woven to minimize space between yarns, the fabrics produce exceptional print quality and opacity. GF 8873 wht/blk/wht has a layer of black fabric in the middle, making it completely opaque and allowing for a double-sided print. GF 8864 wht/wht/wht is relatively opaque, enough to hide framing and other structures.
