Chronology
It tells the story of three very different families competing to buy the same 1920s Spanish-style mansion that they think will solve all their problems. Denis Leary and Ray Romano appeared in the Ice Age series (2002-present). I always get nervous when such big names get involved in a Netflix limited series. But it looks like this cast really delivered and hit all the marks. Ray Romano and Lisa Kudrow have a certain chemistry that is perfect for this story. I’m always happy to see Linda Cardellini in a role like this, too. Great pacing, adequate suspense, lots of comic relief. For once I wasn’t expecting the final twist and every plot thread seemed to be resolved by the last episode. I really enjoyed it! I highly recommend it if you’re looking for a palate cleanser in this new world of fast-paced streaming. No need to waste time endlessly scrolling – here’s the full lineup of new movies and TV shows streaming on Netflix this month.
