Representatives from TMI, LLC announced the implementation of an advanced order tracking system that provides customers with real-time access to orders placed and processed through TMI’s preferred freight carrier, C.H. Robinson. Orders can easily be tracked through computers, smart phones and tablets.
Customers may use TMI’s order tracking system by logging onto www.TMI-PVC.com and clicking the order-tracking icon located on the site. Once prompted, they simply enter their order number to connect to a site containing pertinent order information such as order process and shipment dates, as well as the expected delivery date.
Implementation of the new system is the latest infrastructure investment by TMI; the company has experienced significant growth in 2011 and has invested back into the company to further enhance overall workflow.
