New Las Vegas location on tap for The Rental Show 2013

When The Rental Show returns to Las Vegas in two years, it will be to a new venue: the Sands Expo and Convention Center. The Venetian and The Palazzo will be the headquarters hotels. The Rental Show 2013 will be Feb. 10-13, keeping with the current Sunday through Wednesday schedule.

The move further north on Las Vegas Blvd. should be a good one for attendees and exhibitors alike, according to Allison Box, senior administrative director for association services at the American Rental Association (ARA). “The new site at the Sands Expo will be a more convenient location for everyone, since it’s more centrally located in the middle of the Las Vegas Strip and will offer more dining and entertainment options both in the headquarters hotels and in the immediate vicinity.”

In addition to the hotel amenities, the Sands Expo provides opportune equivalent space for the trade show, educational seminars and other events. “The hotels and the Sands Expo are one campus complex, providing easy access among the three properties,” she said.

Future dates for The Rental Show:

• 2012: Feb. 5-8 at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, New Orleans
• 2013: Feb. 10-13 at the Sands Expo and Convention Center, Las Vegas
• 2014: Feb. 9-12 at the Orange County Convention Center, Orlando, Fla.
