New ownership for Tents Unlimited

Three event industry veterans, each with more than 20 years experience in tent and event rental, have formed a new ownership group to purchase Atlanta-based Tents Unlimited Inc., Event Rentals Unlimited Inc. and Event Flooring Unlimited Inc. The ownership group includes Dan Nolan III, who guided Tents Unlimited Inc. to success and helped establish Event Rentals Unlimited Inc. in 2006; Sam Wodetzki, who led American Pavilion Inc. of Danville, Ill., a tent rental company; and Arnie Seyden, who has managed the sales force for Tents Unlimited Inc. and Event Rentals Unlimited for the past 10 years. The companies have 75,000 square feet of warehouse space on a seven-acre property and a comprehensive reserve of rental equipment.
