AW Specialty Papers, Elk Grove Village, Ill., released a new heat transfer paper made especially for inkjet printers. Neenah Image Clip for Inkjet is designed for garment decoration without a background polymer “window.” This transfer solution is suitable for any inkjet printer and is designed for applications in which the details are too fine for a plotter cutter or when the color is a pastel. The background polymer is removed before transfer using a laser printed “negative image” on plain paper. Negative images can be created in Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Word, or similar software. Neenah Image Clip for Inkjet works with any inkjet and most laser copiers and printers. It has excellent wash and wear durability and is created to self weed. The new paper is available in 8 ½ inches by 11 inches, 11 inches by 17 inches, A4 and A3 sizes.
